The staff at the hotel were incredible, always with a smile and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was amazing, right on the seafront and close to the metro for easy access to the city center. The comfortable and modern rooms were a definite plus, providing a high level of comfort during our stay.

The traffic noise in the area was quite loud, but this is to be expected in a bustling city like this. The lift to the higher floors was a bit outdated and sometimes required payment, adding to the quirky experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Mokasuite for a weekend getaway. The room had a breathtaking view of the Neapolitan coastline and Vesuvius. The location was perfect, allowing for an enjoyable stroll along the Lungomare and easy access to the touristy area. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations on what to see in the city. The hotel's proximity to the Mergellina train station made getting around Naples a breeze. The area was clean and had great restaurants and bars nearby. a great experience.
